Dolaze mi gosti bezglutenci pa sam isprobala ovu čokoladnu tortu, jako mi se dopala, super je sočna blago gorkastog okusa, gore može i glazura ali s obzirom na količinu čokolade u njoj mislim da nema potrebe
***Sastojci:
300 g čokolade Nestlé Dessert Noir
300 g čokolade Nestlé Dessert Corsé
250 g maslaca ( ja koristim biljnu mast )
6 jaja, 3 žlice samljevenih badema ili lješnjaka
3 žlice blagog meda (može slobodno i manje)
Priprema:
čokoladu i maslac rastopiti na pari (za otopiti ovoliku količinu čokolade i maslaca trebati će otprilike 15 minuta)
jaja, med i bademovo brašno pjenasto umutiti i dodati rastopljenu čokoladu i maslac
izliti u kalup za tortu (promjera 26 cm)
peći na 160 °C pola sata i posipati nasjeckanim pistacijama

Ingredients :
300 g of chocolate Nestlé Dessert Noir
300 g of chocolate Nestlé Dessert Corse
250 g butter ( I use a vegetable fat )
6 eggs , 3 tablespoons of ground almonds or hazelnuts
3 tablespoons mild honey ( can freely and less )
Preparation :
